DECKEE launches new tools to help government agencies keep their boating communities safe and measure the impact
Government waterway agencies can now deliver targeted safety messages directly to boaters through the DECKEE app, and for the first time, measure how their outreach efforts influence behavior on the water.
DECKEE today launched Campaigns inside the DECKEE Operations Platform, the platform already used by agencies including the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Safe Transport Victoria, Marine Safety South Australia, and Marine and Safety Tasmania to support safety operations, planning, and community engagement.
Campaigns gives agency partners the ability to push information notices to boaters at the moments that matter most, when they are planning their next trip, during a high-risk weather window, or ahead of a busy holiday period. Agencies can then switch to their anonymized activity reporting to see whether behavior was influenced over time.

Deliver targeted safety messages to boaters in their jurisdiction
Embed video content, imagery, and direct links to safety resources inside each campaign
View anonymized, aggregated behavior in the activity reporting dashboard to see how campaigns influence outcomes over time
Build an evidence base that connects safety investment to measurable change on the water
Campaigns is already active in Florida with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, timed to coincide with National Safe Boating Week in the United States. The feature is rolling out to state agency partners across Australia in the coming weeks.
