NO REFUNDS

We bought a recommended rod for $160 and it broke the next day on the second cast - went back the next day and was told that we would have to wait for the manufacturer to inspect - we were not offered a refund or a replacement rod - it was 2 months for the rod to be replaced by the manufacturer our Christmas holidays were fishing free and spoilt big time.

The staff were rude and unhelpful the 3 times I visited the store - The NO refund policy was not told to us on purchasing and was found hidden in their website at the bottom of their page in a folder - not only were staff unpleasant but their manager supported their actions.
