We had a new Garmin Chartplotter fitted by Jim at Odyssey and he was excellent to deal with and did a great price. We also had issues with our bowthruster which Jim had a look at as the Vetus service rep. They couldnt work out how to remove the bowthruster and were to get back to us. We phoned, emailed and even hung outside their office waiting to get a time for them to come to the boat. Promises were made regarding a suitable time but apparently they were to busy to contact us. We would use them again but I would try to find a business with better customer service.
