Visiting from overseas we were made to feel welcome in this extremely prestigious club.

The spirit of sailing and sailors (like Jon Sanders) is soaked into the wood panelling and carpeted stairs. Tradition and elegance and the feeling of history make it an august institution. Thanks you for your hospitality

Overnight Facilities

We sailed down to Fremantle Sailing Club from our river based club (Nedlands yacht Club) and stayed overnight alongside the visitors jetty. FSC were very welcoming and made room for our little 20 footers among the monster 50' catamarans and power boats that were also on the jetty. Despite a 15 knot south westerly and a bit of chop outside, we found the marina to be very well protected.

The bar was very lively and has a great range of beers on tap. The restaurant was top quality with a great menu and attentive staff. In the morning, having access to the smart, clean shower facilities and free coffee from the espresso machine was very welcome.
