Competent and Reliable

I recently ordered a furling genoa for our Nicholson 32. DG Marine spent some time exploring options and settling every detail of the order. Their detailed knowledge of sails was of great assistance. The end result was a sail, at a reasonable price, that exactly matched our requirements. Every aspect was good. It was made from new generation fabric. Workmanship was excellent. Packaging was excellent. It performed well, fully deployed, or reefed. It looked good and matched our mainsail, which we had previously purchased from DG Marine - Rolly Tasker Sails.

From my previous experience, I knew that DG Marine would stand-by the product and resolve any minor issues, should they arise. This is very important to us. In this instance, there were no problems, thanks to thorough discussion and planning, up-front.

Friendly helpful service. Derek was great to deal with. Price was far lower than the local supplier. Sails arrived in reasonable time and appear to be good quality. Thoroughly recommend this company.

We had new mainsail custom made and mps for our Fontaine Pajot catamaran.

The staff at DG Marine Rolly Tasker Sails were fantastic and nothing was a problem in getting us the best quality and fitting sails.

We got great value for money and incredible service.

DG Marine , Roly Tasker Sails purchase from Adelaide South Australia

Purchased a cruising mainsail, roller furling genoa, roller furling staysail and GP spinnaker-- All 4 sails in total , cost marginally more than local quotes for a mainsail alone !! We were very happy.

They arrived on time, with no hidden or extra charges

They are as stated , and as we ordered, cruising sails for our Van De Stadt Caribbean 40 --- you can point with them , but you wouldn't race with them .

Heavy, strongly built bulletproof . In the past 2 years we've sailed over 8000 NM with no apparent deterioration other than not so clean these days.

Reef points used often, are strong and in the right place.

UV protection on the headsails has barely begun to fade after 2 years.

There is probably some stretching of the fabric but we haven't noticed and can still tack through 100 deg. on a heavy day , 95 in lighter conditions.

The GP kite is heavier material and can run quite shy , flown off the bow shows just no sign of stretch or wear at all.

Very detailed measurements to fill in on the order form -- time consuming, but worth the effort.

Only mistake was a 5 instead of an S on our sail number -- probably a typo

Derick in our experience is a fairly pragmatic bloke to deal with, if there are issues, his first response is to try to sort it out for the customer rather than make excuses. We like that, and when the time comes , if these sails ever do in fact wear out, we'll use him again .

Offshore Specification Roller Furling Genoa

Derick from DG Marine was very helpful in guiding me through the purchase and setup of a new cruising headsail ( 29.7m2 and using HMFW7.38) for my S&S 30. The process took around 3 weeks from the date of my order. The sail was shipped to my door, registered delivery via UPS (included in the price). Derick and his lovely wife Gwen even stopped by to show me the finer points of operating my new furling system (Profurl C320). The sail sets beautifully ....I absolutely recommend DG marine and Rolly Taskers sails.
