Great location and staff go above and beyond

My boat has been berthed at the marina since late 2015 through till late 2016.

When I arrived, I only had a small selection of fenders, so they found some to lend me and lent me a rated electrical cord. They really do tend to go above and beyond.

Someone ran into my boat while I was there and the marina staff called me right away, telling me what had happened and giving me insurance information. They looked through and retained all the security footage allowing me to give that to the insurance company. It was on top of what you’d expect from a marina.

The only downfall for yachts is the opening bridge you have to pass through to get to the marina. But the bridge opens 5-times a day, and there are public mornings on both sides of the bridge to use, so I didn’t find it to be an issue.

The location is great, it’s only a few minutes from Manly and easy to get to Sydney CBD. There’s a lovely beach right there, and there’s also a lot of lovely bays further up the river that you can explore.

It’s also really nice that they offer reciprocal use of all the other Dalbora Marina’s.

Brilliant customer service with outstanding Facilities

D'albora Marina's, The Spit and Rushcutters Bay, Has provided MY MARY-ROSE with outstanding first class berthing many of times now. Both Marina's are brilliantly located for the use of wonderful Sydney Harbour and equipped with all the facilities needed. The staff of both marina's and the excellent help of Simon Maree have made our time at the marina a breeze and stress free.

Thank you to all

I was a mooring customer at this marina 10 years ago and recently moved my boat back there. It has come such a long way. Marina building and wharves have been upgraded, tender service operates 7 days (until late in summer) and the staff has really gone out of its way to help at every turn. They check moorings and boats every couple of days and email with updates when storms hit. Plus, grabbing a flat white at the cafe in the morning is a treat. And they sell ice. No public wharf though, you have to call and ask when you need a short stop (which they do accommodate whenever possible).

A most enjoyable stay

We were only at the marina for one night but can’t talk highly enough, the staff were fantastic, they met us on the dock and took our lines, gave us the rundown and remembered our names ( felt like old friends) we went for dinner that night in the cafe and had the best meal since we left home ($65 set menu).

We will definitely be back.
